On the blue side of a sunny day--

Thinkin of what we share ..

I often find my way-

Mindin things that I still care ...

Sunny day, blues still grippin my heart-

Could of done this or that ...

Past is past, time to start-

Makin my way, tippin my hat ...

The blue side of a sunny day-

I'm not afraid to go on...

To smile again, laugh unafraid--

I just don't want to be alone...

A blue day made sunny again--

I know it can be done ..

Of all the places I have been--

Your heart is where I'm from...

Go away blues, hello sunny day--

Thank you blues for reminding me...
